We were given the opportunity to purchase a home in the perfect neighborhood. The house was too small for our family, but the lot was big enough to accommodate an addition. We had an idea of what our current needs were and what our future home needs would be in the event we retired in the home. We gave Sean a sketch of a layout and described what we wanted and he was able to create a set of plans that met every need and want. As it turns out there were some foundation surprises that we had to work through that required some out of the box thinking to overcome. All of this was handled superbly. We had many revisions to the plans and all were handled promptly and professionally. We have never built before and we were our own general contractor and Sean was able to help us through every part of the process. In total we put a 1000 sq ft addition over a new full basement, and added a 1000 sq ft attached garage. The feedback from everyone from the excavator, builder, plumber, and inspectors have all been positive as to the layout and construction of the project. We are drywalling now and looking forward to moving in.
